4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Hey Social Inc DBA CreatorHive offers an SMS messaging program that delivers educational content, webinar reminders, appointment confirmations, follow-up messages, tips and resources, and marketing and promotional messages about our UGC creator education services. By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Creator Hive (Hey Social Inc). These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Follow-up messages related to your enquiry or sign-up.
- Educational content, tips, and resources.
- Marketing and promotional messages about our services.
Message frequency varies. You will receive recurring messages at varying frequency depending on your engagement with our services. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (561) 507-4804. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
